Will it fit my knee?

How warm does it get?

Three heat levels. Level 1 is a gentle warmth, level 3 feels like a hot-water bottle that stays put. It is warm, never burning, and it is warm in about 2 minutes.

Is red light real or a gimmick?

Physio clinics charge $40 to $80 a session for red and near-infrared light. Kneeby puts 20 LEDs of the same type in a ring around the joint. We don't promise what it will do for your knee. You get 30 days to find out, and if it does nothing, you pay nothing.

Is it a deep massage?

No. The vibration is a gentle buzz, not a kneading massage. The heat and the red light do the main work, the vibration keeps it relaxing.

Is it loud?

The vibration makes a soft hum. If you watch TV or read in bed, turn vibration off. Heat and light are silent.

Can I walk around with it on?

It is made for sitting or lying down, the shell doesn't bend with the knee. For walks and stairs you wear the Stair Strap from the kit.

Are 10 minutes enough?

Most people do one session in the evening. If you want more, press the button again for a second round.

Is it hard to use?
